Abstract Calls Out Major Labels & Zayion McCall For Ripping Off His Song “Neverland”
Abstract is frustrated at major labels such as Sony Music, Atlantic and Columbia Records for allegedly stealing his song “Neverland”, Back in 2015 Abstract sampled Ruth B’s “Lost Boy” and basically made a rap version of the song, Abstract had gone through a whole back and fourth to release the track on streaming platforms such as Spotify but it seems like they refused to give the go ahead to release it on streaming platforms but still collect monetization revenue from YouTube. it recently came to Abstract’s attention that another rapper by the name of Zayion McCall took the song and was cleared to be on Spotify and as of now reached more than 6 million plays. So now Ab is pissed!!
